This year, we are proud to present an all-star ensemble performing the Pink Floyd album "Animals" from start to finish. Bandleader/musical arranger Adam Pickrell has put together an impressive cast of local musicians who are certainly up to the task. Additionally, expect special musical guests - and a complete reinvention of a handful of other Pink Floyd tracks - as well as a psychedelic light show and complementary visuals.
Homage Nation is an annual event hosted by The Kessler Theater, featuring a revolving cast of important Dallas-area musicians paying tribute to artists who have influenced their own careers. In the past, The Kessler has hosted Homage Nation events that paid tribute to Talking Heads, Joni Mitchell, Harry Nilsson, and Daniel Johnston, as well as an event that featured local comedians paying tribute to their favorite deceased comics.
