If you answered yes: this training is for you. What to expect?
1.Explore healthy and the holiness
Healthy s8uality is your life-force, a gift from God. It is a natural and most powerful flow of energy that can stagnate when hurtful events happen.
2. Healing methods
Healing from s8ual boundary violations. Looking at old wounds so the healing process starts. Our training merges approaches in psychosexual somatics, trauma theory, bodywork, sacred sexuality, constellation work, dance, touch.
3. Practises for embodiment
Feeling safe, and understanding the nervous system’s role in deep intimacy. Integrating spirituality, awakening every cell of your body to spiritual and physical expansion. Learn about energetic love making. Communication- tools will support you on how to set boundaries and express longings and create safety.
4. Learning about the dangers or dark side of sexuality,
S@x can be a strategy to hide, control, manipulate, please, get rid of tention etc. Adult material on line- can be a deceptive and destructive tool, with many psychological and physical consequences. We will look at the trauma behind these behaviors to get into a healthy se8ual experience.
5. Learing about a man’s se8uality
How a man experiences deep intimacy can be polar opposite from a women’s experience. We will look into his physical, emotional and mental and spiritual experience.
6.Practise with men
We will work with ‘practice men’. (They are are attending a similar program). This will give you an opportunity to rewire into a healthy way of deep intimacy.
My Personal Journey:
I’ve dedicated 15 years and 10,000 hours to teaching, research, and personal exploration to create this training. In my life I experienced numbness, fear of intimacy, afraid of vulnerability, unable to express myself, unable to set boundaries, rape where I thought it was my fault, body-shame, trauma after birth, and many more unfortunate events. I went through almost every therapy modality, spiritual practice, educational program. But in the end all the answers lie within the intelligence of the body itself. Healing is a life journey.
