Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It can also promote healing and reduce mental fatigue. Reiki is received through the practitioner's hands on the body or through the aura. What is known as the Reiki light is subtle. In this workshop, you will do yoga poses to release the spine and then experience softness, letting go, as warm hands are put gently on your forehead, abdomen, and back.
The Holy Fire® experience may induce a state of deep relaxation within yourself, as well as an energizing effect on the pranic and physical bodies. Use this time to release any old hurts, let go of negative impact to the body, and refresh your state of mind!
Ajeet Khalsa is a Usui/Holy Fire®Reiki Practitioner as well as a yoga teacher. Reiki is a complementary healing modality and does not require licensure. Ajeet practices Reiki with students lying on the floor in typical yoga poses. She works both the subtle energy field, and with hands-on applications.
$25 per student.
