Our Holy Fire Reiki trainings are designed to be practical, empowering, and deeply experiential. Whether you are brand new to energy work or continuing your training, these classes provide a clear foundation and hands-on practice in a supportive environment.

In this training, you will:

• Learn the history and principles of Reiki
• Understand how to work with energy in a safe and grounded way
• Practice giving and receiving Reiki
• Explore techniques for self-care and personal growth
• Receive guided experiences and ignitions (placements)

This course is appropriate for beginners as well as those expanding their holistic skillset. Many students join to deepen their personal spiritual practice, support emotional balance, or add complementary tools to an existing wellness profession.

Please note: Reiki is a complementary wellness practice. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, and we do not diagnose or prescribe. Participants remain fully clothed during sessions, and light touch is used only with consent.

Trainings are held in Utah County and surrounding areas. Class sizes are intentionally kept small to allow for personal attention and meaningful discussion.
