About this Event

At Holy Fire, middle school Catholics in grades 6-8 are invited and challenged to embrace their baptismal call and the powerful, relevant gospel of Jesus. Through talks by dynamic speakers, witness by peers, inspirational praise and worship, and rich experiences of the Sacraments, Holy Fire helps young people feel seen, welcomed, and invited into a life changing commitment to Christ.

Ticket Information (All Seats General Admission):
  • Early Bird Pricing - $54.50 (available until Jan 12, 2026 - 11:59 p.m.)
  • Regular price - $64.50 (beginning Jan 13, 2026)
  • Early Bird Pricing with Lunch - $64.50 (available until Jan 12, 2026 - 11:59 p.m.)
  • Regular price with Lunch - $74.50 (beginning Jan 13, 2026)
  • Be sure to select the applicable ticket category.
  • All ticket purchases are Non-Refundable.
  • To purchase a lunch, all you need to do is "add" it to your ticket order.

Archdiocese of Indianapolis Group Leaders Note: Archdiocese of Indianapolis groups will be assessed for tickets and lunch orders after the event through the Archdiocesan Catholic Center. (No upfront payment required.)

Outside Diocese Group Leaders Note: A processing fee applies when paying by card. To avoid this fee, group leaders should contact the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Office of Youth Ministry for a special registration code and payment instructions.



Lunch & Registration Overview

Lunch Option*: Pre-purchasing lunch guarantees your group will have a meal onsite. Group leaders will receive a lunch selection form via email closer to the event. Participants with significant food allergies should plan to bring their own meal.

*Note: Groups and Participants can bring their own lunches.


Registration Deadlines:

  • General Admission ticket sales end February 8 at 11:59 p.m.
  • February 13 is the final deadline to complete the Permission Click release form for each participant and submit Safe Environment Forms for your adults.


Group Registration Requirements:

  • A group leader must purchase tickets through Eventbrite.
  • A completed release form is required for every youth and adult attendee (submitted via Permission Click).
  • All adult participants (as part of a registering diocese or parish group) must be Safe Environment cleared.
  • Each group must maintain a 1:8 adult-to-youth ratio to attend.
