Holotropic Breathwork Circle

Holotropic is a style of breathwork used to access non-ordinary states of consciousness. Deep, activating and intense.

Through continuous rapid, breathing, we are able to drop from out of the head and into the subconscious mind. This allows for significant emotional release, especially from the heart space where so many of us carry grief, sorrow and pain. Releasing these energetic blockages creates space for us to give and receive love more freely.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early as we will close the circle at 2.

Bring a notebook, pen, and whatever else you may like to feel comfortable and supported in your experience.
