Holotropes Atmen® ist eine kraftvoller Methode zur Selbsterforschung und Heilung die Erkenntnisse der modernen Bewusstseinsforschung der Anthropologie verschiedener Tiefenpsychologien der transpersonalen Psychologie östlicher spiritueller Praktiken und mystischer Traditionen der Welt integriert. 

Unser Workshop beginnt mit einer Willkommensmeditation und einer Einführung in die Theorie und Praxis der Holotropen Atemarbeit die den Teilnehmern die Möglichkeit gibt Fragen zu stellen und sich gegenseitig kennenzulernen.

Die Atemarbeit findet in Paaren statt. Wenn ein Partner atmet sitzt der andere und in der nächsten Sitzung werden die Rollen getauscht.

Die Sessions dauern etwa drei Stunden. Die Teilnehmer werden ermutigt sich dem was gerade passiert hinzugeben während sie tiefer und schneller atmen. Gelegentlich ist Energielösung oder Körperarbeit erforderlich um eine Blockade zu überwinden und die Facilitator werden bei Bedarf Unterstützung leisten.

Nach jeder Atemsitzung gibt es Zeit die Erfahrung durch das Zeichnen eines Mandalas festzuhalten.

Anschließend können die Teilnehmer so viel oder so wenig über ihre Erfahrung mit der Gruppe teilen wie sie möchten.

Die Workshops sind so angelegt dass sie den Teilnehmern ein tiefes Gefühl der Unterstützung und Sicherheit vermitteln was die Erforschung des Bewusstseins und tieferer Bewusstseinsebenen erleichtert.

Die Anzahl der Teilnehmer ist begrenzt.

Der Workshop wird in englischer Sprache mit deutscher Übersetzung abgehalten.

Holotropic Breathwork® in the Heart of Berlin

Holotropic Breathwork® is a powerful approach to self-exploration and healing that integrates insights from modern consciousness research anthropology various depth psychologies transpersonal psychology Eastern spiritual practices and mystical traditions of the world.

Our Workshop starts with a welcome meditation and an introduction to the theory and practice of Breathwork offering a chance for people to ask questions and to get to know each other.

The Breathwork takes place in pairs. When one partner breathes the other will sit and in the next session the roles are reversed. 

Sessions last approximately three hours. Participants are encouraged to allow whatever is happening to emerge as they breathe deeper and faster. Occasionally energy release work or bodywork is needed to move past a blockage and the facilitators will provide assistance if required.

After each breathing session there is time to capture the experience through mandala drawing. During the group sharing sessions the participants are free to share as much or as little as they wish.

The workshops are set up to create a deep sense of support and safety for participants which facilitates the exploration of consciousness and deeper levels of awareness.

The number of participants are limited.

The workshop will be held in english with german translations.
