This sound journey will connect us back to the earth, grounding our bodies, quieting our minds, and allowing us to open up to divine guidance and the quantum healing available through sound. infusing reiki and energy healing, Maddie bee and her crystal bowl will take you through a gentle, relaxing and restorative experience that will leave you feeling balanced, connected and empowered. please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water, or anything that will make you feel comfortable during the journey
