Hollywood in Singapore Masterclass

This masterclass will showcase the art of film music conducting, with renowned conductor Angel Velez who has conducted numerous world concert premieres from Captain Marvel to The Book of Boba Fett. His expertise in the world of film conducting ranges from live concerts to studio recordings for films and tv, all in the name of bringing those stories to life with music.

The masterclass will include an introduction to film conducting, live demonstrations to the scores of various classic movie themes, as well as the score of Matilda, and an exciting segment of critique where a few lucky participants will get the chance to conduct their work live to picture on stage with a 14 piece ensemble.
