Her intention is to help you step away from the stress of daily life and reconnect with your calm, your breath, and your center. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the healing vibrations to guide you back to balance.
Though she is newer to the practice of sound therapy she has spent a lifetime turning to music as a powerful tool for healing, reflection, and soul nourishment. come support her in her growth and experience the power of sound.
