Idolvein and HollowKin head out for four shows across the South and Midlands showcasing their unique modern metal sounds! Idolvein is a multinational alt-metal band with its origins in the bustling rock scene of England’s East Midlands. Boasting an elegant fusion of relentless riffs, progressive sensibilities and irresistible melodies; they craft daring, vivid soundscapes with a vibrant palette. An adherence to the experimental sees them transcending the limits and conventions of genre, forming an identity they can solely claim as their own.
HollowKin are a five-piece metalcore band from the Southwest UK. Taking influences from the likes of Killswitch Engage, Machine Head, Lamb of God and Architects, HollowKin blend groove-inflected riffs, brutal breakdowns and dark atmosphere with catchy melodic hooks. Forming in late 2023, the band wasted no time writing and recording, with their first single released in May 2024 with a 5-track EP following later that year. The EP deals with the social and personal in equal measure with songs that flip from self-reflective to politically charged.
