WORKSHOPS
Enjoy a 30 min workshop in breathwork, bowen therapy, sound healing, self-awareness, crystal healing, menstrual cycle alignment, mediumship demo and reiki mediation.

DAY RETREATS
The best treat for yourself! Enjoy a full day (or weekend!) of wellness activities and relaxation.
Our VIP experiences run like an in-house mini-weekend retreat right alongside the expo. Indulge in either a full weekend or one day immersive experience and take part in a number of therapies, wellness activities plus browse the stalls.
LADY LIBERTY VIP - a whole weekend of holistic therapies and wellness practices for women only (over 18 yrs). The weekend starts on Friday 1st Nov (bonus night) with a twilight sound healing, and continues over Saturday and Sunday with women’s circle, mindfulness, breathwork, sound baths, frequency flow and qigong.
LIBERTY VIP – a day retreat for men and women (over 16) to immerse yourself in holistic wellness practices, from sound healing, yoga, neurographic art to tapping and a drum circle.

READERS MEZZANINE
Whether you are looking for guidance around something specific, to connect with passed loved ones, or if you're just curious, there will be someone there for you.
