Join Holistic Wellness Coach Barbara Cauchon for a nurturing Wellness Circle—a safe and sacred space dedicated to your health and well-being. Each month, Barbara will begin with a smudging ritual to cleanse and set the energy for the circle, creating a serene environment for reflection and renewal.
This monthly gathering is designed to help you set intentional, actionable goals to prioritize self-care, especially as we head into the busy holiday season. In this first session, titled “Circle of Life,” you’ll engage in exercises that encourage you to reflect on areas of life needing more balance. Through guided introspection and group sharing, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others and gain valuable insights on fostering balance.
Each month will feature a new wellness theme, from sleep and skincare to stress management and overall health. This session’s focus will be on setting goals to maintain self-care amidst holiday demands. Barbara will guide you in creating a personalized plan to help you stay grounded, healthy, and balanced.
