1. Simple breathing techniques to discover the source of energy within us;
2. Understanding the balance and configuration of 5 Elements in the blueprints of
our body & mind;
3. Receiving Life Force Energy through nutrition, our 5 senses and 6 tastes.
Starting where you are now in your holistic wellness journey, we will delve into nuggets from traditional knowledge of Ayurveda, Mindfulness and Nutrition that help bring in incremental positive changes every day.
