Join the members of Holistic Fit. by Coach Steph as we participate in this years MudGirl Obstacle Race! Saturday, May 18th in Boca Raton-the ladies of Holistic Fit are putting our GAINZ to the TEST! Over 17+ obstacles to see if we've been doing enough BURPEES!
We're selecting the first wave, starting at 8:30am. We'll meet before the race begins at registration.
Attendees have to register individually.

MUDGIRL is an all inclusive, 5km (about 3 miles) race, consisting of 17+ obstacles to overcome.
Whether you are by yourself or in a team, the course is committed to testing your strength, endurance and above all, your spirit.
There is no timing and no obligation to complete all the obstacles. You are here for the sole purpose of having fun and having a great experience, regardless of your athletic ability.
For the past 4 years, MUDGIRL has been committed to supporting reputable foundations that fights against breast cancer and women's cancer in general. Thanks to your growing motivation each year, we have donated more than $300,000 since 2017 (USA & CANADA).
For this 2022 season, we are proud to announce that we will continue to help research by supporting fondations in each of the countries where the race is.
