🌿 Coming Soon to Free Spirit Yoga! We’re excited to host a special Holistic Birth Workshop at Free Spirit Yoga on Saturday, August 23rd from 12–3:30 PM!
This in-person offering is led by two local birth professionals:
✨ Meah Beans of Beanstalk Birth & Wellness — a Birth & Postpartum Doula, Wellness Practitioner and student Midwife
✨ Hannah Simcox of Roots of Eden Birth — a certified Birth Doula, photographer and Midwife assistant!
Together, we’ll guide expecting parents through a heart-centered afternoon of childbirth education, holistic comfort techniques, partner support tools, and nourishing preparation for the journey ahead.

🌸 Includes a light lunch and a thoughtfully curated Birth Blessing Bag full of helpful and nurturing items for your birth journey and lots of resources to take home!
🌸 September 6th will serve as a backup “birth date” in the event one of the facilitators is called to a birth on August 23rd
