Holiday Yoga with Rescue Doggos!

A special holiday-themed yoga class with SOAR Rescue + a surprise visit from a North Pole visitor brought to you by Muttz Realty.

Enjoy 60 minutes of yoga while dogs from SOAR Rescue wander about the studio!

The team at SOAR will also be onsite to share information about their organization, how they support their dogs, and how you can get involved.

All the dogs in the studio will be available for adoption. Practicing with these dogs gives them a chance to socialize with others and overall make your day a bit better ?

Yoga details:

• Class will be an all-levels vinyasa flow class - connecting breath with movement.
• Bring your own mat if you have one. If not, we have extra mats available
