Join us for a cozy, indoor holiday yoga class designed to help kids slow down, stretch, and reconnect during the busy season. This playful 45-minute session blends mindful breathing, gentle stretching, and fun partner poses that build confidence, cooperation, and joy.

Families are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or towel for each participant. No prior yoga experience is needed—just an open heart and a little holiday spirit.
