Unfortunately, while we do completely understand that things come up, there will be no refund if you’ve purchased a ticket and have to cancel. You are welcome to give your ticket to another person if you would like. There’s also possibly an option that you could swap your ticket to attend a different workshop, but we would need to discuss that on a case by case basis.
