Must register prior to event! Registration will be open from September 5th through December 16th.
Children 18 & under are eligible
Must provide proof of children living in the household:
-(Immunization records, W2 records, school records, birth certificate, social security card, or insurance card)
-Provide your tribal ID, letter, or proof of Native Descendancy
