Tone & Tap HOLIDAY Workout! Expect festive outfits and a hype holiday playlist to get you in the Holiday spirit!

Join us at Town Brewing for an upbeat, holiday workout class! Expect a mix of instructed strength training and HIIT (high intensity interval training) to get that heart rate up. This class is for all fitness levels, as modifications and progressions can/will be provided. Post class, enjoy a cold beer with your new fitness friends (who also enjoy a pint)!

We will be donating $5 of each ticket sold to Charlotte Rescue Mission to help provide holiday meals for those in need.

All you need to bring is water!
