Holiday story time at the bookstore. Come and enjoy some classic and more modern stories, read by myself and any volunteers. Shorter stories with larger text will be the focus to help younger children with learning to read and we will have a finale of "A Christmas Carol."
As with most events in the group, very casual and come and go event. Storytime will be in the kids area and the wider bookstore available for older or bored kids and adults to browse through books or sit at tables.
There is quite a bit of table space if anyone wanted to bring crafts or other activities.
This was a very impromptu and unplanned event that I thought would be fun.
