SPOKANE CLUB MEMBER EVENT, MEMBER GUESTS WELCOME. Reservations may be made at members.spokaneclub.org.Bring your jingle bells and tinsel to ride along to some festive tunes for this 45-minute class using indoor cycle bike. Focusing on building strength, endurance, speed and interval training.
Fun music to motivate and challenge your fitness level.
We will be hosting a food drive during this event that will benefit Second Harvest Spokane. They are in need of canned proteins (tuna, chicken, beans), nut butters, canned fruits and vegetables, whole grain pasta and rice, canned soup/stew/chili, and shelf stable milk. Any donations are greatly appreciated!
