From December 6th – 15th, we are opening our employee store doors to everyone, no pass required. This one-time event allows you to shop our family of brands at up to 50% off retail pricing.

What is the Columbia Sportswear Employee Store?

• The Columbia Sportswear Company Employee Store is a private store for Columbia employees and community program partners. The store is not open to the public as the items are marked at employee discount pricing.

• The store is always stocked with current season products across our family of brands - Columbia, Mountain Hardwear, SOREL and prAna - at up to 50% off retail pricing. Bonus Savings up to an extra 20% on select items.

• You will find new, in-season apparel, footwear, accessories and equipment for men, women and children. We also have in-store kiosks available to order Items online at employee store pricing and ship them directly to your home.
