Join us on Sunday November 16th for an opportunity to set intentions, reset, and pause before the busy holiday season. It is even more important this time of year to allow your body, mind and spirit to rest. Gongs, Himalayan bowls, and crystal bowls, as well as other instruments help to create an environment where you can deeply relax and reset your nervous system. Props and mats are available at the studio. Please bring any additional items you may need to create your optimal experience.
Hot tea and chocolates will be provided.
Andrea Taylor is the owner of Eastern Iowa based Black Dog Healing Arts. Andrea is a Sound Healing Practitioner , certified in both Group and Individual sessions by the Sound Healing Academy and a Member of International Sound Therapy Association.
