About this Event

Our POUND & A PINT events have been so fun! Let’s do it again! Join POUND pros Hayley and Caia for an exhilarating workout inspired by the sweat dripping fun of playing the drums!

Stay after class for a beer or two and #supportlocal with Lake Pleasant Brewing Company.

POUND is for all ages, ALL stages. Whether you’re a POUND newbie or a POUND veteran, THIS event is for YOU!

What to bring:

Yoga mat and water

What to wear: gym attire

This IS a family friendly event! You do not not have to be 21+. Get your tickets early to reserve your spot. This event WILL sell out. We can’t WAIT to rock out with you!
