The 10th annual Holiday Plane & Train Garden presented by the Glenn L. Martin Maryland Aviation Museum at its holiday location of 2323 Eastern Blvd, is a labor of love by the Museum's train committee who spent endless hours researching, designing and crafting the sites into an engaging display. The theme for this 2024 season is “A Capital Christmas” featuring sites of DC along with Maryland sites. Minions and famous people of Maryland are hidden within the display for a character hunt, making for a fun for all ages search experience. If once around the display does not give needed time to see everything, including the running of the trains, visitors can go around again and again. And as admission is free, although donations always welcome, folks can return another day to catch details missed with the first visit. A photo ID is needed by adults for entry into the building. Add a visit to this magical display on your holiday traditions list. It will bring smiles to all ages. Open Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends,11am to 4pm through Jan 5, also Dec 26 and Dec 31. Closed Christmas and New Year's Day.
