Join Emerald Coast Pixies for our next Pixie polar plunge Holistic Happy Hour - a pop up holiday potluck!There’s room for 21 attendees! We are offering a sliding scale for energy exchange $11-$33 and bring a side item (if u need more assistance with payment, please message to set up energy exchange) 🧚
Event will include:
✨ Self-serve eco-friendly sparkle station (Glitter_Nymph)
❤️🩹 Wellness bar - wellness product samples from Atomy
🧚♀️”Pixie Protocol”- discussion on the benefits of practicing the Pixie Polar Plunge (modeled after the Wim Hof Method of breathwork, cold water exposure & Commitment) & resources
💨 Breathwork & movement (pixie pranayama & MAGICal movement to warm up)
🥶 Pixie Polar Plunge - two attendees at a time, 30sec - 2 min for first plunge
🔥 Infrared sauna with light therapy

What to bring:
Bathing suit (or whatever you feel comfortable getting wet in)
Towel
change of clothes
Journal if you feel like writing about your experience
Your intentions (you can write this out before you come)
WAIVER:
A waiver must be signed to participate if this is your faerie first plunge. Jr. pixies must be accompanied by their parent/guardian. A video release must be signed as well.
Please check with your medical provider if you have the following conditions:
High or low blood pressure.
Heart condition.
Recent surgery.
Seizures or epilepsy.
Empathic Practice is located in East Hill at 2701 N. 12th Ave. (There’s parking out front or in the back).
You’re invited to stay for Mindful Recovery mindfulness-based recovery community support group at 6:30pm lead by JoAnn Howansky (donation-based).
