Come get your blessing on!The Holiday Pet Blessing is an opportunity for us to honor the Divine Creation of All Creatures, Great and Small and to acknowledge our love and interdependence with them.
This year's Pet Blessing will be held at the portico in front of the Sanctuary at Unity of Sarasota Sunday December 1st at 2:00 pm. What better way to kick off the season than by honoring our fur babies! This is an on-leash event.
Ministers and chaplains will be available for your pet's individual blessing.
You'll be able to stroll the picturesque grounds of Unity of Sarasota and celebrate with the Pet Blessing at Unity of Sarasota. For our pets that are no longer with us, we can send a blessing by placing a feather in the memory tree to memorialize our bond.
There is ample shade on the grounds and some places to light with your pet. Feel free to bring a chair if you like.
Water will be provided but please bring your own bags. Please keep your four-legged loved ones on a leash or in a carrier for their safety. All pets are welcome (and their people too!)
