Holiday Jam Workshop

Jam Technique Class: Featuring Holiday Jams

Learn the basics of preparing jam for canning. This workshop is specifically for those that have taken a previous water bath canning class and/or have prior knowlege of water bath canning. Jam will be water bath processed but not covered during class.

This is a hands-on class and you will take home a jar of Green Chili Raspberry Jam you make in class.
