Holiday Inspiration Cooking Class

In this hands on class we will be making a variety of holiday inspired dishes full of flavor and free from meat, dairy and gluten! Our menu showcases 3 main course options with 3 different stuffing ideas that you can mix and match with different vegetables including stuffed mushrooms, eggplant and kaboocha squash. We will also be making mushroom gravy, butternut ginger spice pie, cranberry sauce and more. The best part about plant-based is that everyone at the table can eat it!
