Ready to take time for you this season? Come to our in-person women's event for a morning of rejuvenation, wellness and a hosted lunch. We'll meet on the deck at Into the Woods, a Women's Wellness Sanctuary located in 7 acres of private forest in North Franklin.

We'll start with guided relaxation techniques, mindfulness practices, and effective stress-management tools. You'll discover how to reduce tension, increase your sense of well-being, and cultivate inner calm. Once we're relaxed, we'll share a meal together while practicing mindful eating techniques.
