Join us on St. Patrick's Day (March 17) and Good Friday (April 3) for an easy-moderate hike in the San Tan Mountain Regional Park. We will hike Dynamite Trail and more if the group wants. Kid and dog friendly hike. Bring friends. The easiest version of the hike (Dynamite trail) is 3.75 miles with an elevation gain of 344 ft. It takes 1-1.5 hrs to do the out and back. If wanted we can extend the hike to a 4.75 mile loop (Dynamite to San Tan to Goldmine Trails) with 845 ft elevation gain that takes 2 hours.
Trail access is off Hunt Hwy and Wagon Wheel on the North side of the park. Parking is free for those with an annual pass or $10 per car.
We will meet at the Chandler East Stake Center
21320 South Greenfield Road, Gilbert, AZ, United States, 85298 and carpool if desired. We leave the Church parking lot at 7:45, getting to the trailhead at 8ish. Meet us there if you don't want to carpool.
