We’ll have our usual fire pit, Jacuzzi, fungeon, potluck feast, DJ dancing and seggsy time too of course! 🎄
One day membership /donation- $30 sf, $60 couple and a few select sm $70. so all u single guys find u a female friend to bring!
We will be providing some food and drinks but it is a potluck and byob. If you’d rather not bring food, just add $10 to your payment.

fyi, We no longer give full cash refunds if you are not able to make the party, but we will offer half credit towards the next event for those that discuss it with us ahead of time. No shows get no credits.
We also have an overnight add on option for an additional $40-$60. Way less than a motel/ hotel room!
These are not your average swinger sex parties. They are multidimensional, interactive, ls friendly immersive events.
Our venue is a curiosity museum with a dungeon (the fungeon), a glory hole, jacuzzi, fire pit, professional dj/dancing, koi ponds with a stream and waterfalls, lots of amazing food, sexy welcoming people. We have A sultry sultans love nest, nor cals only outdoor swinging bed and yes, a giant snow globe!!

Instead of a pre party workshop this time we’ll be checking out holidays lights at Rockmont circle in North Natomas from 6-7:30.
Meet at our house at 6 for hot chocolate then we’ll carpool over. We’ll get back early enough to change clothes and get ready to par-tay!!
