We’ll do a gift 🎁 exchange, play holiday themed games & roast deeze chest n nutz by an open fire while being entertained by the most offensive holiday tunes available. These ain’t ur Gma’s Christmas carols 🎶
We’ll have our usual fire pit, Jacuzzi, fungeon, potluck feast, DJ dancing and seggsy time too of course! 🎄
One day membership donation- $30 sf, $60 couple and $70 sm. so all u single guys find u a female friend to bring & save $!
We will be providing some food and drinks but it is a potluck. If you’d rather not bring food or drinks to contribute, just add $10 to your payment.
Prices will go up by $20 a week before the event so don’t wait, Pay early and save!!
No day of event registration…
We no longer give full cash refunds if you are not able to make the party, but we will offer half credit towards a future event for those that discuss it with us ahead of time. No shows get no credits.
We also have an overnight add on option for an additional fee. Way less than a motel/ hotel room!
These are not your average swinger sex parties. They are multidimensional, interactive, sex friendly/body positive, immersive events.
Our venue is a curiosity museum with a dungeon (the fungeon), a glory hole, jacuzzi, fire pit, professional dj/dancing, koi ponds with a stream and waterfalls, lots of amazing food, sexy welcoming people and nor cals only outdoor swinging bed!
