1st place Rx- $900 cash prize if 5 teams or above, $500 if below

1st place Int- $450 in prizes

1'x3' Team Placards for all teams signed up

EVENT 1

Clean Ladder (from ground, power or squat)- 20s to lift, 40s to move to next bar

Scale- 1 Rep at each weight

Int- 2 reps at each weight

Rx- 3 reps at each weight

Male- 95-115-135-155-175-195-215-225-255-275 (max reps at final bar)

Female- 65-75-85-105-115-125-140-155-175-195 (max reps at final bar)

EVENT 2

AMRAP- time TBD

Rx- 20 Synchro Heavy deadlift 225/165, 15 synchro burpees, then female does 10 hspu and 5 bar MU, followed male doing 10 hspu and 5 bar MU. Male will then tag next couple in.

Int- 20 Synchro Heavy deadlift 185/125, 15 synchro burpees, then female does 4 wallwalks and 10 chin above bar pullups, followed male doing 4 wallwalks and 10 chin above bar pullups. Male will then tag next couple in.

Scale- 20 Synchro Heavy deadlift 135/95, 15 synchro burpees, then female does 2 wallwalks (or 20 plank plate overs) 8 pullups (or 16 strict ring rows), followed male doing 2 wallwalks (or 20 plank plate overs) 8 pullups (or 16 strict ring rows). Male will then tag next couple in.

EVENT 3

Boatrace, Athlete must complete two rounds and then tag out until all four athletes have completed the sprint. CAP 15 mins

Rx- Bike 15 cals, 15 thrusters@135/95, 15 toes to bar

Int- Bike 12 cals, 12 thrusters@115/75, 12 toes to bar

Scale- Bike 10 cals, 10 thrusters@95/65, 10 toes to rings or 30 abmat situps

EVENT 4

Floater, must be completed before end of Event 3

Scull Row- All four teammates rowing together on connected rowers

7 mins to get as many calories as possible.

Final- Top 4 teams- Team Knockout-
