On the evening of Thursday, December 12, Foundations Family Counseling will host a grief workshop for folks who need a place to gather, reflect, and honor their grief. Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one or simply finding it hard to cope with difficult emotions, this workshop offers a safe space to process, heal and connect.

Spend time in personal reflection, some gentle (and easy!) art therapy offerings, and a candle-lighting ceremony to give your grief the space and compassion it needs.
