Embrace the magic of the season at the Christkindlmarket Aurora at RiverEdge Park, where you can bring home a truly unique holiday keepsake! Join skilled artisans from Ikonic Glass to craft your own stunning ornament through the art of glassblowing.

Choose from a variety of shapes, including the beloved German American tradition of the Pickle Ornament, along with beautiful designs like Icicles, Leaves, and Tear Drops. After selecting your preferred shape and colors, you’ll be guided through the creation process using a benchtop torch.

In just 20 minutes, you’ll craft one exquisite ornament to treasure for years to come. Don’t miss this chance to create a personalized piece of holiday magic!

• We've added more dates and times to accommodate more patrons! Please note that we can only accommodate four (4) participants per slot.

Each 20-minute time slot allows a maximum of four (4) spots. One ticket reserves a single spot for your chosen time. You can pick up your ornament 20 minutes after your time slot, once it has fully cooled.

Spots are limited, so gather your friends and family for a day of unforgettable holiday crafting!

Dates:

• Thursday through Sunday, November 22 - December 8;
• Daily, Sundays through Saturdays, from December 12 – 23

Time:

• Mondays-Thursdays: 11 AM - 2 PM, 3 PM - 6:40 PM;
• Fridays-Saturdays: 11 AM - 3 PM, 4:20 PM - 8:40 PM;
• Sundays: 11 AM - 2 PM, 3 PM - 5:40 PM;

Special Hours:

• Thanksgiving: No classes;
• Wednesday, December 18th: 11AM-2PM and 3PM-4:20PM. Hours have been shortened for Kid’s Night Glassblowing, for children aged 5-9;
• Christmas Eve: No classes

Location: Ikonic Glass Pop-Up Tent (near booth #38) at the south end of Christkindlmarket Aurora, 360 North Broadway, Aurora, IL 60505

Age Limits: Our standard age limit is 10. Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and receive permission via the onsite waiver. For those aged 5-9 years old check out our Kid’s Night.
