Join us the Holiday Season in a Gentle Yoga Practice. We will begin with a led personal intension setting, taking the time to discuss the difference between intentions and goals. How we can create an intension from a place of self love that we can use at anytime of the day helping to fuel a healthier more loving relationship with ourself and others. Following our intension setting we will begin a gentle yoga practice helping to remove physical stress and tension from the body that we sometimes hold on to especially during the holiday season with an extended savasana, a proper rest helping us to reset. We will conclude class with Loving Kindness Meditation wishing all beings including ourselves a happy, healthy, peaceful life.
