Holiday Family Bunny Yoga

In celebration of the upcoming holiday, we are calling all yogis to join us to find serenity on your mats. Take this time to slow down, relax, and be at peace within yourself. We will explore gentle postures and soothing meditation. Embodying the sweet calming characteristics of the bunnies who will join us, you are sure to feel a sense of relaxation that carries through the day ahead.

Kathy Wild will lead the class and has been teaching all levels of yoga for over 20 years in the Chicago area. She is a bunny mom who soothingly blends her unique style of bunny interaction and yoga.

All abilities and skill levels, ages 8+ are welcome. A limited number of mats are available for use. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled as class will begin promptly at 9:00am.
