The ACF Chefs of Milwaukee are looking for you to share your cooking talents and show off a Traditional Recipe from your Family.
This year we are sponsoring the Cooking Demo Stage at the Holiday Folk Fair International so we can showcase Food from around the World
If you like to help please reach out to Chef Joe Parajecki to sign up for a time.
Participants will get tickets for themselves and family to attend the Holiday Folk Fair.
You just need to prepare a dish and share it and the recipe with people who attend your demonstration.
