The holidays are a stressful time! Join us for a festive and relaxing day and give yourself the gift of mind and body restoration! Our day begins with complementary coffee and tea as we welcome one another. Next, we ease into a gentle yoga and Breathwork session. After yoga, we begin the days activities of personal massages, detoxification treatments, energy cleansing, stress releasing workshops, holiday crafting, and more! After a break for a delicious provided lunch, we enter deep relaxation and release with a sound healing and somatic breathwork session. This is going to be an amazing and festive day, so come ready to de-stress, have fun, and meet new people! The all inclusive investment for this retreat is $139.
