Celebrate the holidays with our Holiday Cinema Showcase at the Orange Mound Library! Kick off the festivities with a spooky cult classic in October. Then, get into the Thanksgiving spirit the day before Thanksgiving. Finally, embrace the Christmas cheer in December. Join us for popcorn and great films as we celebrate the seasons together!
October 30, 12-2 p.m.: Blacula (1972) (PG) – Start your Halloween with the classic blaxploitation vampire horror film.
November 27, 12-2 p.m.: What's Cooking? (2000) (PG-13) – Experience the intertwining lives of four diverse families during their Thanksgiving celebrations.
December 18, 12-2 p.m.: Last Holiday (2006) (PG-13) – Follow Georgia Byrd’s heartwarming European adventure as she discovers the true meaning of living life to the fullest.
