Join the Kelso Business and Community Association and our partners for the 2nd Annual Holiday Caravan to Lights in the Park!
✨ When: December 13
✨ Where: Meet at Kelso City Hall and drive parade-style to Lights in the Park at Tam O'Shanter Park
✨ Time:
• Gather at 5:00 PM
• Caravan departs at 5:30 PM
🌟 What to Expect: Decorate your vehicle in holiday style and parade with us to and through the Kelso Rotary's Lights in the Park!
*Also, it’s not required that you decorate your vehicle, but it would be so fun!
