You'll also master the techniques for making rich cream centers, hard candy, buttery brickle bark, refreshing peppermint patties, and indulgent Oreo cookie mint fudge. Plus, we'll show you how to create delightful yogurt clusters, use chocolate transfer sheets, and even make hot cocoa bombs and a boozy caramel & chocolate apple!
