Holiday Briskets 2025!

Another year, another Ricewood brisket!!! Here are many of the main details about brisket pickups, PLEASE READ FULLY AND CAREFULLY!!

Price: the holiday briskets will be priced at $30 per pound. Each brisket will be weighed individually and most range from 6-8 pounds. This means there will be a total owed for the brisket at pick up. The $75 ticket price will be deducted from the total price of the brisket.

Pick up: Location will be at our Maple Village location at 245 N. Maple Rd, Ann Arbor, MI, 48103. If you are wanting a larger or smaller brisket, please come as soon as you can. All briskets will be sold first come first serve. Time will be between 11am-2pm CHRISTMAS EVE! Please note, if you do not arrive at that time, then we reserve the right to sell your brisket and the ticket price is non-refundable.

What you get: all briskets come fully wrapped and ready to throw in your oven to reheat. You will also get a jar of our Pineappl Barbecue sauce. Full reheating instructions will be included, as well as any verbal overview and answers to all the questions you may have.
