Dive into a literary treasure trove at the Friends of Silver Lake Library's Holiday Book Sale, from November 30th to December 2nd! This will be the perfect event to immerse yourself in an expertly curated selection of of books emerging from the vault and shop for unique and affordable gifts for friends and family for the coming holiday season. The collection will include everything from rare editions to sealed art books, signed copies, vintage gems, and an extensive array of bargain used books.
For a special event on Saturday of the sale, we will be hosting an extraordinary book signing event featuring the legendary artist, Dave Byrd. Celebrate the release of his book "Poster Child," a vibrant homage to 50 years of poster design and the technicolor world of psychedelic art envisioned by Byrd himself.
Holiday Book Sale Hours:
- November 30: 1 PM - 7 PM
- December 1: 10 AM - 5 PM
- December 2: 9:30 AM - 2 PM - Dave Byrd will be signing books from 11am - 1pm
