Terms & Conditions – Holi Bhajan Clubbing | Phoolon Ki Holi
• Tickets once booked are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.
• Attendees are advised to arrive at least 90 minutes prior to the event start time. Late entry or re-entry may be restricted.
• Tickets guarantee entry only to the designated zone mentioned on the ticket. Seating within the zone is first-come, first-served. No specific seats or seat changes are guaranteed.
• Children below 2 years enter free; no separate seat will be provided and parents’ laps are recommended.
• Children above 8 years require a full adult ticket.
• Children below 8 years must carry a copy of Aadhaar for age verification, if requested.
• This is a colour-free, water-free celebration. Only flower petals provided by the organizer will be used during Phoolon Ki Holi. No colours, gulal, water balloons, sprays, or outside flowers allowed.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times.
• Flower petals may make floors slippery; attendees are advised to exercise caution.
• The event may include amplified sound, chanting, lighting effects, and crowd movement. Parental discretion is advised for infants and sensitive individuals.
• Strollers/prams may be restricted in certain zones for safety.
• No outside food, beverages, alcohol, or prohibited substances allowed.
• Entry may be denied to intoxicated or disruptive individuals without refund.
• Photography/videography may occur; attendance implies consent for promotional use.
• Unauthorized recording, resale, or commercial activity is prohibited.
• Valid ticket (digital/print) and ID may be required for entry.
• Organizer is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Event will be held rain or shine. No refunds for weather or force majeure.
• Organizer reserves the right to admission, event changes, and final decisions.
