The goal of the circle is to Restore Heart Joy and Lightness of Heart.

Everyone experiences Reiki differently, you may feel heat, cold or tingly sensations.
Please bring a pillow, blanket (if you'd like), and water to the session!! Even though this is not a “physical” activity you do move a lot of energy out of your body.
