What does it really mean to hold space for someone?This one-day experiential workshop is designed for anyone who wants to show up more fully for others - and for themselves - with presence, compassion, and grounded care.
Whether you are a facilitator, healer, parent, friend, community member, or simply a human who wants to listen better, this workshop offers practical tools and embodied practices for holding space without fixing, advising, or bypassing.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to be with someone in a way that feels safe, supportive, and authentic, while also honoring your own boundaries and nervous system.

The day includes:
• Opening & closing circles
• Guided grounding and embodiment practices
• Small group sharing and paired listening

• Reflection, journaling, and integration
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how to hold space and how to care for yourself while doing so.
