This free workshop creates a compassionate and validating space for individuals and couples who are navigating infertility and have also experienced pregnancy or infant loss.
Together with No Foot Too Small, we will explore how to honor grief while still making room for hope, how loss can reshape the fertility journey, and how to care for your heart while trying to build your family.
The workshop will feature:
-A conversation led by No Foot Too Small on processing loss and honoring your story.
-A guided journaling or reflection activity to help participants connect with where they are emotionally.
-Practical tools for managing emotions and triggers in fertility treatments after loss.
-A community-building moment to remind attendees they are not alone.
